Effect of dissolved gas on heat transfer during turbulent pipe flow of carbon dioxide at supercritical pressure
1986
An experimental study was made of heat transfer to a turbulent flow of carbon dioxide at supercritical pressure in a heated pipe with different concentrations of a nitrogen impurity. The data obtained is used to determine the character and scale of the effect of the gas impurity on heat transfer.
