Lighting assembly of operating lamp, operating lamp and light spot adjusting method for operating lamp

The invention relates to a lighting assembly of an operating lamp, the operating lamp and a light spot adjusting method for the operating lamp. The lighting assembly of the operating lamp comprises a first light source, a second light source and a third light source; the first light source is used for forming a first round light spot; the second light source is used for forming a second round light spot; the third light source is used for forming a third round light spot; and the first round light spot and the second round light spot are same in size and can partially overlap to form an oval light spot. The lighting assembly is simple in structure, and simple in light spot adjusting manner. By simply opening any light source, the operating lamp forms a round light spot in an irradiation region, and by opening any light resources corresponding to the light spots which are same in size and partially overlapped, the operating lamp forms an oval light spot in the irradiation region. The operating lamp having the lighting assembly is correspondingly simple in structure and simple in light spot adjusting manner.
