The utility model discloses a processing device of cooling water in an oil processing extraction workshop. The processing device of the cooling water in the oil processing extraction workshop comprises filters, a head water tank and a mollifier, wherein one end of each filter is communicated with a cooling water circulation system, and the other end of each filter is communicated with one end of the head water tank; the other end of the head water tank is communicated with one end of the molllifier, and the other end of the mollifier is communicated with a boiler. According to the processing device of the cooling water in the oil processing extraction workshop, circulating cooling water with a higher temperature flowing out of the extraction workshop is recovered and is used as water to be filled in the boiler. The circulating cooling water flows through each filter, so manganese sand, activated carbon and strongly acidic materials in the water are fully filtered. After mollification of the mollifier, the circulating cooling water can be used as the water to be filled in the boiler. The operation is simple and fast, time and labor are saved, the utilization rate of heat energy is improved, the water resource is saved, the burning capacity of raw coal is reduced and the production cost is greatly saved.
