The invention discloses a steep front shock and lightning shock voltage interactive generation device. The steep front shock and lightning shock voltage interactive generation device is characterized in that an oil-immersed shock voltage generator is connected with a first port of a sharpening clearance unit by a middle energy-storage peaking oil line, and a second port of the sharpening clearance unit is connected with a specimen by a transmission line. When short-circuiting occurs between the first port and the second port of the sharpening clearance unit, the voltage of the lightning shock is not treated. When the clearance distance between the first port and the second port is the predetermined distance, the wave shape of the voltage of the lightning shock is sharpened through breakdown, so as to obtain the voltage of the steep front shock. Then, the lightening shock voltage or the steep front shock voltage generated by the steep front shock and lightning shock voltage interactive generation device is provided for the specimen. By simply switching parameters of individual circuit components, the interactive generation of the steep front shock voltage and the lightening shock voltage is realized, and the convenience in installation and use on site is realized.
