The invention discloses a raspberry fruit juice beverage. The raspberry fruit juice beverage is characterized by being prepared from, by weight, 45-55 parts of concentrated raspberry juice, 45-55 parts of white granulated sugar, 1.5-2.5 parts of fruit juice beverage stabilizing agents, 0.05-0.15 part of AK sugar, 0.05-0.15 part of aspartame, 2-3 parts of citric acid, 0.45-0.55 part of malic acid, 0.45-0.55 part of sodium citrate, 0.15-0.25 part of potassium sorbate, 0.25-0.35 part of vitamin C and 900-1000 parts of water; the concentrated raspberry juice is obtained through freeze concentration and extraction of raspberries. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the raspberry fruit juice beverage. The raspberry fruit juice beverage is fine and smooth in mouthfeel, dark red in color and lustre and unique in flavor, can improve the gestation and has the effects of enhancing the immunity, relieving fatigue, delaying senescence, resisting arrhythmia and the like.
