0.4~2.6MeV宽能区质子在轻核Al上160°背散射截面测量

Differential elastic 160° backscattering cross sections of 0.4-2.6 MeV protons for aluminum are measured. The analyzed proton beams are provided by a 2×1.7 MeV accelerator at Beijing Normal University. Experimental results show that, for the light element Al, the upper energy at which backscattering cross section can still be predicted by Rutherford scattering formula is 1.5 MeV. When proton energy is higher than the upper value, the backscattering cross section shows a continuous non-Rutherford resonance distribution.
