Method for precisely identifying configuration change of intelligent device

The invention discloses a method for precisely identifying configuration change of an intelligent device. The method includes selecting two versions of SCD (substation configuration description) files; respectively using an intelligent device data template comparison module, an intelligent device data model example, a correlation comparison module and an intelligent device communication comparison module to compare three core parts of the two versions of SCD files with one another, synchronously performing version comparison; acquiring a LnodeType element list with difference by the intelligent device data template comparison module; operating the intelligent device communication comparison module; acquiring an IED (intelligent electronic device) list with difference in a communication address; and operating the intelligent device data model example and the correlation comparison module to acquire a newly added IED list, an IED list with difference in a data model and an IED list with difference in a data template, merging the acquired IED lists, and figuring out an union to acquire an IED list required to be re-configured. The problem that change of the SCD versions cause re-configuration of the intelligent devices of a whole substation is solved, and work load of joint debugging and debugging of the intelligent substation is reduced greatly.
