The N,N,N′,N′,N″-pentamethyl-N″-(trifluorosilylmethyl)phosphoric triamide OP(NMe2)2N(Me) CH2SiF3 with intramolecular POSi coordination was formed by the reaction of N,N,N′,N′,N″-pentamethyl-N″[(triethoxysilyl)methyl]phosphoric triamide with BF3·Et2O. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
