Nowadays, technology is a huge resource that can be used to improve peoples lives. However, there is an extensive group of people who do not have these facilities. People with disabilities are part of this group. The main objective of this project is to design a prototype of a sign language translator glove, the same as with the help of sensors connected to the fingers, to analyze and represent the results of the gestures generated by the user through voice. The signals received from the sensors will go through a conditioning stage which will prepare the signals to be treated in the later stage (processing stage). Once the information is processed, it will be presented to the user through artificial voice through the use of a speaker connected to an MP3 module. The efficiency of the prototype will depend mostly on how well the sensors are treated physically, the way to guarantee these to the glove is a fundamental aspect so that the readings are efficient and there are no false positives. With this prototype it is intended to achieve an insertion of disabled people into society, and their free development within it. Which implies a better life for this group of people.
