Study on Selection of Mother and Original Culture Media of Grifora frondosa

Taking Grifora frondosa strains as materials,the mother and original culture media of it were selected.The results showed that the mother culture of Grifora frondosa in potato comprehensive culture media Ⅱ hypha grew well and the speed was quick.During three kinds of primary spawn culture medias,the speed of hypha of sawdust and wheat culture media was the most quickly,it could be the most suitable culture media as primary spawn.
