Análisis financiero de la cooperativa de vivienda “San Gregorio” Ltda. En la ciudad de Quito, periodo: 2011 –2012

The research work entitled. SAN GREGORIO" LTDA "FINANCIAL COOPERATIVE HOUSING ANALYSIS". IN QUITO, PERIOD: 2011 -2012 " , was developedbased on the parameters set forth in the Regulations of the Academic Board of the National University of Loja, as part of the essential requirement for obtaining professional engineering degree in Accounting and audit . Similarly to meet the objectives asare analyzing the financial statements, with the aim of applying the respective financial indicators, in an effort to demonstrate that the true financial condition of the Cooperative, subject of study. To perform this analysis, I started doing an analytical, descriptive and explanatory study of all accounts that comprise the Balance Sheet and Income Statement of Cooperative Housing " San Gregorio" LTDA, which we will cover the years 2011-2012 where a general level the vertical analysis to indicate the level of participation of the sub compared to the account group to which they belong was performed. The horizontal analysis we perform in order to demonstrate the growth or decline of different groups of accounts, and to complete the various financial indicators are applied.
