Hole drilling track measuring system for rotary drilling

2012
The invention discloses a hole drilling track measuring system for rotary drilling. The hole drilling track measuring system for rotary drilling comprises a measuring probe and a synchronizer, wherein the measuring probe and the synchronizer can be in mutual communication connection, the measuring probe is arranged inside a non-magnetic drill collar, the synchronizer is arranged on a hole opening, a track measuring instrument is arranged in the measuring probe, and comprises a data collection circuit, the data collection circuit collects acceleration signals in the X direction, the Y direction and the Z direction and earth magnetic field signals in the X direction, the Y direction and the Z direction in real time, the acceleration signals and the earth magnetic field signals are sent to a CPU control circuit I after being processed, the CPU control circuit I carries out calculation to obtain drilling track parameters of a drill bit according to the acceleration signals and the earth magnetic field signals, and then stores the obtained drilling track parameters, the synchronizer collects operation parameters of workers at the position, of the hole opening, of a roadway, reads the drilling track parameters stored in the measuring probe, and stores data, and the measuring probe and the synchronizer are respectively provided with a power supply circuit. According to the scheme, the requirement for being convenient to use is met, the production cost is reduced, a complete and real hole drilling rack can be measured, and the phenomenon that the complete hole drilling track cannot be measured due to the fact that a hole drilling collapses is prevented; after the hole drilling is accomplished, the measuring probe is taken out, the data of the measuring probe and the data recorded by the synchronizer are synthesized, and the track of the hole drilling is generated.
