ISSN 2277-3843 Original Article CHARACTERIZATION OF RHIZOBIUM ISOLATES OF PIGEON PEA RHIZOSPHERE FROM ALLAHABAD SOILS AND THEIR POTENTIAL PGPR CHARACTERISTICS
