The invention provides a method and device for obtaining electrocardiograph data and an electrocardiograph detection system and relates to electrocardiogram detection. By means of the method and device for obtaining the electrocardiograph data and the electrocardiograph detection system, the accuracy of the electrocardiograph data in existing mobile electrocardiograph detection is improved. The method for obtaining the electrocardiograph data comprises the steps of obtaining an electrocardiosignal of the heart; conducting first-class amplification on the electrocardiosignal, wherein the first-class amplification multiple ranges from five times to ten times; conducting band-pass filtering treatment within a first frequency range on the electrocardiosignal obtained after the first-class amplification, wherein the first frequency range ranges from 0.1 Hz to 50 Hz; conducting second-class amplification on the electrocardiosignal obtained after the band-pass filtering treatment, wherein the second-class amplification multiple ranges from 40 times to 50 times; conducting analog-digital conversion on the electrocardiosignal obtained after the second-class amplification, and generating an electrocardiograph digital signal; outputting the electrocardiograph digital signal. The method is used for electrocardiogram detection.
