The invention discloses a transparent mucous membrane suction sleeve for an endoscope, belonging to a medical instrument additional device. The transparent mucous membrane suction sleeve comprises a cylindrical tubular body, wherein the cylindrical tubular body comprises a non-tight fit part, a middle tight fit part and a tail fit part; the non-tight fit part is positioned at the front end of the head of the tubular body; the middle tight fit part is approximately positioned on the middle part of the tubular body; the tail fit part is positioned on the tail part of the tubular body; and the outer wall of the tail fit part is made into an inclined plane. After the structure is adopted, since the tail fit part of the tubular body is made into the inclined plane, the inclination of the tail fit part is just filled when an adhesive tape is wound on the tail fit part, thereby not increasing the external diameter of the endoscope but relieving the pain of a patient; meanwhile, since the adhesive tape is wound on the inclined plane, no height difference exists between the mucous membrane suction sleeve and the endoscope; and thus, the phenomenon of air bulges during winding of the adhesive tape is reduced to a great extent, the safety in tangling of the adhesive tape is increased, and the transparent mucous membrane suction sleeve can be guaranteed not to fall off the endoscope when arranged on the endoscope for use.
