Relaxation resistance of Cr−Mn austenitic steel with nitrogen

1971
1. Tungsten and molybdenum increase the relaxation resistance of austenitic Cr−Mn steel containing at least 1 at. % V and 0.2 at. % Nb. 2. Combined alloying sharply increases the relaxation resistance of Cr−Mn steel. 3. Reducing C/N from 1:1 to 1:2 increases the relaxation resistance. 4. The relaxation resistance of most of the austenitic Cr−Mn steels is not inferior to that of Cr−Ni steel 3Kh19N9MVBT (EI572) at 600°.
