Method for preparing light-colored alkyl glycoside product

The invention relates to the preparation field of sugar derivatives, and in particular relates to a novel method for preparing a light-colored alkyl glycoside product. The method comprises the following steps: placing a base material into a reaction kettle; controlling the reaction temperature, increasing the pressure of a reaction system, so that the reaction kettle is maintained at a temperature and pressure condition for continuously bleaching the alkyl glycoside; and under the continuous stirring and continuous feeding condition, continuously adding caustic soda liquid and a bleaching substance into the bottom of a kettle body, allowing the process condition to be stabilized at the optimum bleaching condition, rapidly balancing the bleaching, after the reaction condition is kept for a period of time, continuously moving a product out of the kettle body, and obtaining the light-colored transparent alkyl glycoside product. The method is simple and effective in process and capable of realizing the continuous bleaching process of the alkyl glycoside; and the bleaching time of the product is greatly shortened, and the stability of the product is improved.
