Неспецифические биомаркеры полиморбидного сердечно-сосудистого континуума

2015
Polimorbidity is a specific feature of diseases of the elderly. A cardio pathology is the most frequent among elderly patients. In recent years a lot of attention is focused on the role of a neuro-immune and endocrine system in pathological processes. In connection with this it becomes topical to develop such methods of medical research as molecular immune cytochemistry that can signify a level of molecular biomarkers. It will help to develop a certain way of treatment of elderly patients and to add in accordance with the modern level of knowledge to the traditional methods of diagnosis and assessment of effectiveness. The aim of our research is to study the biomarkers of polymorbidity continuum at worsening of somatic diseases on the example of a cardiovascular pathology. 258 patients have taken part in the research. We have measured the level of TNF-a, IL-6 in a blood serum, and the level of immunoproteins (IgG and IgM) by an immunoenzymic method. A high level of cytokinemia on a TNF-a marker is typical for a chronic heart failure both among the middle-aged (40–49 years old) and the elderly (60–74 years old). Besides, a rise in cytokinemia is more frequent among the elderly: at I-II functional class – in 1.6 times, at III functional class – in 1.3 times, at IV functional class – in 1.3 times. A chronic heart failure is characterized by an immune status disorder and a rise in the level of Ig M and Ig G. The expressiveness of the above mentioned disorders depends on the disease itself and on the accompanying pathologies.
