[Adenocarcinoma of prostate in adolescents and young adults. Apropos of a case in a 20-year-old man].

: A new case of adenocarcinoma of the prostate in a 20 years old man is described. Data from the literature and treatment modalities are discussed in this patient who successively received hormonotherapy, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. An exceptionally long survival has observed in this patient who is surviving in good edition 5 years after the diagnosis.
