The application of the promotion of access to Information Act 2 of 2000 in consumer protection : analyses

In this analysis I will consider how PAIA may be applied concurrently with the provisions of the National Credit Act and the draft Consumer Protection Bills. I will also consider how PAIA may be applied over and above other consumer-protection legislation.
