However, the nuclear power is admissible only provided security maintenance of the whole cycle from fuel obtaining till burial of radioactive wastes (RW). The crucial points are elimination of large reactor accidents and non- proliferation of nuclear weapons. Plutonium fate is tightly connected to the latter.
