Exterior wire harness

Provided is an exterior wire harness that makes it possible to perform routing in a flat space formed between a plurality of electrical members. The exterior wire harness (10) is provided with a plurality of electrical wires (11) and an exterior body (12) in which a sheet (13) comprising a fibrous synthetic resin is used to surround the outer circumference of the plurality of electrical wires (11). The exterior body (12) comprises a flat section (15) having a flat cross-sectional shape and another part (14) that connects with the flat section (15) and that differs from the flat section. The length (L1) of the flat section (15) in the minor axis direction is set to be smaller than the width of a gap formed between a plurality of electrical members. The maximum value (L3) of the other part (14) in the minor axis direction of the flat section is set to be larger than the width of the gap.
