WACANA ANTIKOLONIAL DALAM TEKS-TEKS SASTRA MELAYU KLASIKSEBAGAI PERLAWANAN RAKYAT MELAYU TERHADAP KOLONIALISMEBELANDA: ANALISIS PASCAKOLONIAL

This research aims to utter the resistance of colonized people in Malay. Through three considerations which include, aspects of the theoretical potential of classical Malay literature texts, affordability and efficiency aspects, and advantages of the manuscript, then through the three criteria above, elected Syair Raja Siak, Syair Perang Mengkasar, Syair Perang Menteng, Syair Perang Kamang, and Syair Perang Wangkang as the object of research material. The existence of classical Malay literature texts has seen war doctrine Sabil or contains visions anticolonial resistance. Such texts by colonial authorities deemed able to burn the spirit of revenge for the killing and the Netherlands. Therefore, these texts by the Dutch colonial government banned the distribution and existence. Concrete steps undertaken by the colonial government, the texts are then also destroyed or confiscated. Develop the logic above, one can say there is a problem in the above facts, which the visions of colonized people's resistance against colonialism contained in the texts of classical Malay literature. Thus, the vision of resistance in these texts into a problem underlies the studies. In accordance with the objectives set out earlier, in this study set texts as objects of study will be analyzed to obtain a description of the existing anti-colonial discourse in the text of the study. Therefore, in this study will be used post-colonial literary theory. Postcolonial literary theory was applied as a theoretical basis to identify and describe the anticolonial discourse in the texts of the object of research.
