Light emitting device and method for manufacturing the same, illumination device and display device

2012
The present invention relates to a structure in which an auxiliary wiring is provided for increasing the conductivity of an upper electrode on the substrate side. The conductive auxiliary wiring of a light-emitting device is provided over a substrate, wherein an upper portion of the auxiliary wiring in a direction to protrude parallel to the substrate. Further, an opening formed in a region including a lower electrode layer and the auxiliary wiring EL layer is physically divided by the auxiliary wiring. An upper electrode layer which is formed similarly to the lower electrode layer may be electrically connected to at least a portion of a side surface of the auxiliary wiring. Such an auxiliary wiring can be used in a lighting device and a display device.
