Durable test stand and test method of gas spring for automobile

The invention discloses a gas spring durable test bed and test method for vehicles, the main structure of the test bed is composed of a bed body, a beam, two adjustable posts, and a simulative door, wherein the main structure is in symmetric structure, two adjustable posts are symmetrically arranged on two-side edge of the bed body, the simulative door is arranged on the beam through a vehicle hinge, a tension cylinder, a pulley, a lifting cylinder are arranged on the central symmetric line of horizontal plane of the bed body. In the case of performing the test, the test method comprises: arranging the two ends of the gas spring assembly on the upper end of the adjusting post and the simulative door; adjusting the fixed position of the gas spring assembly on the adjusting post and the simulative door to achieve the use stoke for normal working of the gas spring, outputting corresponding signal through a programmable controller to control lift and compression of the gas spring. The gasspring durable test bed for vehicles, which is driven by a cylinder, has reasonable structure, strong flexibility, simple operation, no noise when working, identical movement mode of the device with working condition of vehicles.
