An ion exchange process

The present invention provides an ion-exchange process which apparatus comprises in the exchange zone, regeneration zone, transition zone and material switching unit, the exchange zone, a regeneration zone and transition regions each have a material inlet, a material outlet and at least a bed of ion exchange resin, the ion exchange resin bed positioned between the material inlet and the material outlet, the material switching unit is arranged so that material flowing through each region with time switching according to the following directions: the flow through the exchange zone switch to the transition zone material, the material flowing through the transition region is switched to the regeneration zone, the material flowing through the regeneration zone is switched to exchange zone. Molecular sieve obtained by ion-exchange method of the present invention, the content of exchangeable groups stabilized. The method of the present invention enables continuous operation of the ion exchange resin regeneration and transformation with the ion exchange, and to maximize the use of the ion-exchange resin, the ion exchange groups, to improve the effective utilization of the ion exchange resin.
