Message sending/receiving method and device and message interaction system

The invention discloses a message sending/receiving method and device and a message interaction system. The message sending/receiving method and device and the message interaction system are used for solving the problem that a message sending method used when a video is watched additionally occupies system processing resources of an electronic device in the prior art. The message sending/receiving method comprises the steps that after a start message input instruction is received, a message input box is created and displayed in a window of a current video player; a user message is received and displayed in the message input box; after an end message input instruction is received, a friend identity list created in advance is called and displayed; after a sending instruction is received, the user message is sent to a client-side used by a selected friend expressed by the friend identity list through a server. By the adoption of the method, when a user watches a video, the message input box is created directly in the window of the video player, the message is input and sent, the video player does not need to be closed, great convenience is brought to usage for the user, and occupied system processing resources are also reduced.
