Study on Physiological Characteristics of Salt-tolerance in Atriplex canesecens

2007
Annual Atriplex canescens seedlings were planted in different soil salinities. After recovering to the normal growth,a number of physiological indexes were detected including the activity of MDA,SOD,POD and CAT,physiological indexes of free proline and soluble sugar.Indexes under salt press were compared with those in normal environment.SOD activity first increased and then decreased.CAT and POD both had a tendency of increase. The content of free proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein aggravated salt press. After statistic analysis,it was concluded that the differences of these physiological indexes in different treatment were not significant.
