临床上早就发现甲状腺功能异常的患者可以出现明显的毛发异常,一些体内研究在绵羊、大鼠和小鼠中已证实(有部分结果不一致)甲状腺激素对毛发生长有调节作用.在人类,甲状腺功能减退(甲减)可伴有静止期脱发,发干干燥,脆弱易折,色泽灰暗。
