서보제어기법을 이용한 자동차용 파이프가공 시스템의 최적화 연구

As automotive parts manufactiring technologies have been improved, demands of high quality pipe are becoming stronger. The finer surface is needed, the better and optimal manufacturing condition is needed at mechanical machining industry. In this study, by using the servo control methd, near optimal cutting condition has been studied. Especially, influence of and spindle spped and approach spped on deformation of pipe is focused. And new concept of servo control method was studied to alternate the traditional hydraulic system.
