Graphene/nano-silver composite powder and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a preparation method of graphene/nano-silver composite powder. The method comprises the steps that firstly, nano-silver powder and an ethyl alcohol-deionized water solvent are mixed and dispersed evenly, a silane coupling agent containing amino is added, and after a heating reaction, modified silver powder is obtained through washing and drying; graphene powder is evenly dispersed into deionized water and then mixed with a strong oxidant after alkaline matter is added, and after an ultrasonic reaction, modified graphene is obtained through washing and drying; and after the modified silver powder and the modified graphene are dispersed independently, dispersion solutions are mixed, a condensating agent is added, and after a reaction is finished, the graphene/nano-silver composite powder is obtained through washing and drying. According to the preparation method, the nano-silver powder directly serves as a raw material, and the preparation technique is simple and low in cost. The graphene/silver composite powder obtained through preparation is good in dispersity, is evenly doped and can be used for preparation of electronic paste.
