Comparative Analysis of the Uterine Artery Chemoembolization and Internal Iliac Arterial Infusion Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Cervical Cancer

Objective: To observe the Comparative efficacy of uterine artery chemoembolization and internal iliac arterial infusion chemotherapy for the treatment of cervical cancer.Methods: Select our hospital from January 2009 to June 2011 were treated 66 patients with advanced cervical cancer patients,randomized average divided into a treatment group and the control group,the treatment group,the uterine arterial chemotherapy with uterine artery embolization,the control group using iliac arterial infusion chemotherapy surgery after 2 to 3 weeks after total hysterectomy + lymph nodes around two groups of patients in the intervention dissection,postoperative lesions were observed,and the restoration of the situation.Results: The treatment group relative to the control group has a significant advantage(p0.05),a statistically significant difference in postoperative CR and PR treatment group patients fewer adverse reactions relative to the control group.Conclusion: Uterine artery chemotherapy and embolization for the treatment of advanced cervical cancer efficacy significantly fewer adverse reactions,effective control of the progress of cervical cancer,is worthy of wide dissemination.
