Single-lobe operation of a submicron-ridge laser arrays

Strong optical- and electrical-interaction can occur between optoelectronic devices when the element-size and inter-element spacing are significantly reduced. In this study, we investigate these interactions in the closely packed submicron-laser diode arrays.
