Оценка технического состояния строительных конструкций исторического здания в Витебске для дальнейшей реконструкции

The volume-planning and constructive solution of the historical building located on Krylova Street, 4 in Vitebsk is considered. Based on the technical survey of the building obtained after visual and instrumental inspection of building structures, performed verification calculations and analysis of the results obtained, conclusions are drawn about the technical condition of the structures and appropriate recommendations are given for its further reconstruction. In particular, the scheme of structural reinforcement of stone foundations is proposed; recommendations are given for repair of damaged sections of external walls (facades) and internal walls in the locations of channels of chimneys of the previously existing heating system; it is recommended to arrange inter-floor floors to increase the spatial rigidity of the building and its durability from monolithic reinforced concrete instead of previously existing wooden beam ceilings.
