The invention discloses a control system of an anesthesia vaporizer. The control system comprises a central processing unit, a heating unit, a gas valve control unit, a gas concentration measuring unit, a temperature compensation unit, a pressure compensation unit, an electronic medical information unit and a remote diagnosis and treatment unit. The heating unit, the gas valve control unit, the gas concentration measuring unit, the temperature compensation unit, the pressure compensation unit, the electronic medical information unit and the remote diagnosis and treatment unit are all connected with the central processing unit. The gas concentration detection unit comprises an operational amplifier summator, a laser driving circuit, a laser emitting terminal, a laser receiving terminal, a detection filtering unit and a data processing unit. The electronic medical information unit comprises an intelligent terminal and a central server. By integration of temperature compensation and pressure compensation, temperature and concentration of outputted mixed gas can be controlled precisely, and the electronic medical information unit and the remote diagnosis and treatment unit can guarantee safety of patients in an anesthesia process.
