Multi-objective Genetic Algorithm Based Prefabricated Component Production Process Optimization Considering the Demand Fluctuations in the Construction Site

Based on the prefabricated component supply chain, the production of precast components contains series of segmentation processes, and the fluctuations in demand of components of assembly phase also affect the production scheduling. This article develops the corresponding mathematical model to characterize the production and assembly phases of prefabricated component supply chain, and uses multi-objective genetic algorithms to optimize the production processes considering the demand fluctuations in the assembly phase. Through comparative analysis, the optimal production schedule under the influence of different demand fluctuations can be obtained, which is of great significance for shortening the production period and reducing the production cost.
