The invention provides an endoscopic display driving system for an operating room. The endoscopic display driving system for the operating room comprises BNC signal conversion modules and a core decoding module, wherein the BNC signal conversion modules are connected with the core decoding module; each BNC signal conversion module comprises a first filter circuit, a first amplifying circuit, a first decoding circuit and a first conversion circuit, the output end of each first filter circuit is connected with the corresponding first amplifying circuit, the output end of each first amplifying circuit is connected with the corresponding first decoding circuit, the output end of each first decoding circuit is connected with the corresponding first conversion circuit, and the output end of each first conversion circuit is connected with the core decoding module. The invention also provides an endoscopic display driving method for the operating room. The endoscopic display driving system for the operating room and the method thereof have the advantages that the display can be both digital signal display converted from analogue signals and digital signal display, large size high definition display is supported, and quadruple high definition display and 3D display can be achieved.
