HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) evaporative light scattering detection process for separating and detecting thirteen saccharides and sugar alcohols simultaneously

2012
The invention belongs to the field of detection of saccharides and sugar alcohols in the food. An HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) evaporative light scattering detection process for separating and detecting thirteen saccharides and sugar alcohols simultaneously comprises the following steps: gradiently eluting and separating a mixed standard solution of thirteen saccharides and sugar alcohols on an amino column through a mixed solution of acetonitrile and water as a separated flow phase with the eluting speed of 0.8 to 1.2ml/min; detecting the mixed standard solution after separation through an evaporative light scattering detector; and the detection conditions of the evaporative light scattering detector are as follows: the temperature of a drift tube is 40 to 70 DEG C, the carrier gas is N2, the flow velocity is 0.8 to 1.5l/min, and the gain is 1. The invention provides an analytic process for simultaneously separating and detecting multiple saccharides and sugar alcohols with high efficiency, convenience, low detection limit and high popularity.
