Structure random access preamble in environment spread cells

A method of forming a structure of a random access preamble to within extended cell in a cellular system, the method comprising: generating a cyclic prefix, CP, which is the sum of a widening maximum delay and round trip delay maximum round according to the extended radio cell; and generating a preamble sequence part; wherein the preamble sequence part has a length corresponding to n times of a preamble sequence used for a normal cell radius, where n is an integer.
