Research on coke quality adaptability in 3000 m~3 blast furnace

The relationship of cold strength,hot strength of coke in top charging coke oven and coke ratio,fuel ratio were studied.It showed that with the increase of coke reactivity and abrasive resistance,coke ratio and fuel ratio show drop trend,and the trend gradually becomes slow until the level.The adaptive dices of coke quality in 3 000 m3 blast furnace are confirmed,which lays the foundation for cost reducing before iron production and direct motion operation of blast furnace.
