Reservation and transportation method for living aquatic product

1993
A physical method of lowering the temperature of living aquatic body is adopted to make the living aquatic body dormant, so that it can be preserved with no or little water or transported in long distances. According to living aquatic body's ecological dormancy curve, every volume proportion of living aquatic body to water has its own speed of dropping in temperature, and living aquatic body can be phased into dormancy; the method has a high rate of survival, and it can save time and power, reduce pollution and provide convenience for preservation and transportation.
