The terminal ECU (210) logs in to the administration servers (610, 620, 630) via a network circuit net (400) in a link to an activation operation of the navigation device (200), and acquires, in whole or in part, posted information relating to a location, which is posted to the SNS by a network user and is accumulated in the administration servers (610, 620, 630).
