Liposomes and miboplatin Method

The present invention relates to liposomes, and miboplatin production method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a liquid form of a pharmaceutical composition, which comprises: miboplatin, phospholipids, cholesterol and water. The pharmaceutical composition of platinum per 1ml of the meter is 0.1 ~ 50mg, the rice is in the form of platinum anhydrate or monohydrate added, the phospholipid is selected from: yolk lecithin, hydrogenated egg yolk lecithin, soybean lecithin, hydrogenated soybean lecithin, sphingomyelin, phosphatidylethanolamine, dimyristoyl phosphatidyl choline (i.e. DMPC), dimyristoyl phosphatidyl glycerol (i.e. DMPG), dipalmitoyl phosphatidyl choline, di stearoyl phosphatidyl choline, dioleoyl phosphatidyl choline, dilauroyl phosphatidylcholine, and combinations thereof, the weight ratio of platinum to rice phospholipid is 1: 0.2 to 20, the weight ratio of cholesterol to phospholipid is 0.1 to 1: 1. The present invention further provides a method of preparing the pharmaceutical composition. The present invention is in liquid form liposome pharmaceutical composition has the advantages as described in the specification.
