Electrical field dependence of conductivity and critical exponent of it for carbon black-resin composites
1996
A large critical exponent of conductivity (t>2) and its field dependence of carbon black-polyethylene composites are discussed based on the fluctuation induced tunneling model (FIT model). Temperature dependence of conductivity is also discussed with a modified model, by introducing the effect of thermal expansion on a tunneling gap between carbon aggregates into the FIT model.
