Влияние антигипертензивной терапии на состояние эректильной функции, андрогенного статуса и эндотелийзависимую вазодилатацию пенильных артерий у мужчин молодого возраста с гипертонической болезнью

2014
The influence of antihypertensive therapy on blood pressure and other studied variables were evaluated in 38 land forces officers (mean age 37,4 ± 2,6 years) with hypertensive disease (20 patients stage I and 18 stage II), and signs of mild erectile dysfunction (ED), manifested with the reduction of scores by IIEF scale and elevation of scores by AMS scale, decreased free testosterone index and impaired endothelium-dependent vasodilation of penile arteries parameters was evaluated. 23 patients received ACE inhibitors (12 lisinopril 10-20 mg / day, 11 enalapril 10-20 mg / day) and 15 betablockers (10 bisoprolol 5-7,5 mg / day and 5 metopolol 50 mg / day) for 24 weeks. We found that treatment of hypertension in young men by inhibitors of angiotensin-converting enzyme (lisinopril or enalapril) or betablockers (metoprolol and bisoprolol) resulted to significant effect occurring 24 weeks after treatment. The use of these drugs did not adversely affect investigated variables of erectile function among men with hypertension.
