The effects of dopamine, piribedil (ET-495) and its metabolite S-584 on retinal adenylate cyclase

Using isolated retinas of the rabbit, we have shown that the effects of antiparkinsonian drugs such as piribedil and S-584 are not related to direct stimulation of dopamine-receptors.
