ESTÁGIO EM SERVIÇO SOCIAL, COMBATE AO RACISMO E TRABALHO COM FAMÍLIAS : UMA EXPERIÊNCIA ANTIRRACISTA NO CONTEXTO DO TRABALHO NO CRAS

The reflections developed here are the result of a professional experience at the Reference Center for Social Assistance (CRAS) in Guara, in the interior of Sao Paulo, specifically from the work developed with families within the scope of the Service for Protection and Comprehensive Family Care (PAIF), in partnership with the Social Work interns. The objective proposed here is to share some of the anti-racist experiences built in that period, with an emphasis on working with groups within PAIF and the potential of the supervised internship in this context. The experience reported here shows us that the internship can also constitute a possibility of qualifying the work of the field supervisor and that the ethnic-racial debate and the construction of strategies to combat racism, must be part of it. only from the professional routine of Social Workers in the various socio-occupational spaces, as, fundamentally, from professional training. We understand that only in this way will it be possible to materialize the training project contained in the ABEPSS Curricular Guidelines (1996), since it presupposes the critical apprehension of the historical process as a whole.
