Determination of Heavy Metal in the Culture Medium of Edible Fungus

The contents of heavy metals in the culture medium of edible fungus in Northwestern Guizhou were determined to provide a scientific and green basis for the cultivation of edible fungus,and the correlation analysis and principal component analysis were performed by SPSS software.The results showed that the significant difference of heavy metals in the culture medium was observed,and its variation coefficients ranged from 12.9% to 73.7%.The correlation coefficient was 0.947 which significantly related of Pb to Cd.As a result,the polluting source of Pb and Cd might be the same one or separated,which meant that this pollution for the culture medium might be from the external influential factors.
