Computer control technology based energy-saving method for water transfer pumping station with full-modulation axial-flow pump

2015
The invention discloses a computer control technology based energy-saving method for a water transfer pumping station with a full-modulation axial-flow pump. The computer control technology based energy-saving method is characterized in that power consumption under all operation states of the pumping station is measured and stored through experiments. When the pumping station accomplishes flow or lift required by certain appointed task, all schemes capable of accomplishing the task are automatically compared and the optimal operation scheme is selected; and a computer automatically regulates parameters such as front tank water level, rear tank water level, a blade angle and number of power-on machines of the pumping station, so that the pumping station operates under the optimal scheme. The pumping station always operates in the most power-saving state on the premise of accomplishing certain task, so that the power-saving purpose is achieved.
