The present invention relates to a power supply apparatus for high-voltage distribution lines, capable of preventing noise and surge from flowing into a high-voltage distribution line automation facility; enabling stable power supply by independently supplying power through private power generation using solar light; enabling the efficiency of solar power generation to be always maintained properly while increasing the efficiency of solar power generation by protecting a solar panel from pollutants such as yellow dust and fine dust; and raising cost effectiveness for installation and operation by having a CPTED function. According to the present invention, the power supply apparatus comprises: a terminal installed in a control box, and receiving a control signal from an external central control room and checking an error in the control signal and then outputting the signal; a load break switch installed outside the control box, and opening or closing a load current or separating a section of a distribution line in response to the control signal inputted from the terminal; a transceiving communication part installed in the control box, and enabling data communication with the central control room; and a solar power generation part. The solar power generation part comprises a support bracket, a housing, a housing unfolding part, a solar panel, a solar panel unfolding part, a transparent cover, a cover opening and closing part, a first sealing member, a second sealing member, a camera module, a lighting module, an emergency bell, a wireless communication module, an illuminance sensor, a GPS module, a control part, a wiper part, and a washer solution spray part.
